PSP Biz Dev Manager

Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing business strategies with payment providers in different regions (Romania, Bulgaria, Bosnia, Sweden).
  • Identify payment solutions considering business needs and target market coverage.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with payment service providers.
  • Integrate payment solutions with partners to expand capabilities and enhance customer service quality.
  • Optimize the quality and cost of payment service providers' services.
  • Implement payment optimization strategies to maximize deposit levels and acceptance rates for both deposits and withdrawals.
  • Analyze data and monitor cashier performance.
  • Research and assess risks associated with launching new products or changes in products, jurisdictions, payment methods, etc.
  • Monitor and optimize the payment acceptance system (cashier).
  • Own, negotiate, and manage relationships with third parties related to payments and fraud, including banks, PSPs, verification providers, etc.
  • Continuously take the initiative to identify errors and shortcomings in the system, prioritize them, and effectively inform relevant project management teams.
  • Work with the business and external departments to resolve issues related to payment operations, risks, technical aspects, and fraud.

What we're looking for in a candidate

  • As a Business Development Manager for payment service providers (PSP), you will be required to constantly seek ways to connect new PSPs and manage existing ones, improving payment acceptance rates.
  • To achieve these goals, you will need to establish strong working relationships with PSPs and various departments that can assist in implementing necessary changes to achieve our overall goal.
