Customer Support Operator

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with existing and new customers via chats, mails and calls;
  • Update your knowledge of the product;
  • Create issue reports and tasks, monitor their completion.

What we're looking for in a candidate

  • A true team player;
  • At least 6 months of experience working with clients in any field;
  • Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset, with the ability to earn customer trust;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, plus fluency in Russian;
  • Confident PC user with fast typing skills;
  • Ability to stay focused and perform well under pressure;
  • Motivation for personal growth and continuous development.
